At Miraval Resorts & Spas, our mission of creating life in balance through mindfulness has been guiding individuals to elevate their wellbeing for three decades.

We offer innovative experiences and intentional journeys for guests to consciously explore the connection of body, mind, and spirit. We meet guests where they are by encouraging them to embrace the present moment and make wellness a way of life.

## 30 years of Miraval Resorts

Miraval emerged in 1995 with a unique vision: Everyone can achieve a life in balance. On a patch of Arizona desert, one family quietly opened the door to something new. Part experiment, part personal dream, it took its name from two Spanish words (mira + valle), combined to mean “view of the valley.” That view has inspired visitors to discover the symbolic spaces that lie within each of us: a personal vision of our inner landscapes
